I don’t see what you mean here. data/c.m4 is code that is emitted in the generated parsers in C (this snippet is only about glr.c as a matter of fact). We don’t forward anything from gnulib to the generated parsers so far. We could ship and install and use _Noreturn.h from gnulib to Bison’s sharedir. Is that what you mean?
