On MacOS 10.14, the system headers in /usr/include are removed, so I had to use for C++, with g++ and gcc set to the real ones, ../mli-root/configure CXX=g++ CXXFLAGS=-g CC=gcc CFLAGS=-g CPPFLAGS="-isysroot $(xcrun --show-sdk-path) -I /usr/local/include" LDFLAGS="-L /usr/local/lib”
