Hello, I tried (on Cygwin) the new locale en_US.utf8 in diagnostics.at (your patch committed 2019-11-03). These tests were previously skipped. They are now normally run.
2 of them fail: 130 and 133 (all the other pass). See the details in the attachment (fail.tar.xz). Regards, Denis Excoffier.
