Do you really do this by hand?
I do something similar for Wget, but use sed to do it for me (along with
proper directional quotes), basically just extending the existing tools
for automatically creating [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED]:

An en_US.po is also copied from [EMAIL PROTECTED] in our Rules.quot.
