Is having it in section 1 causing some specific problem?
If not, I'd just as soon continue to install all coreutils man pages
into section 1.  This is sort of like the /sbin, /bin, /usr/bin
question of where to install the tools themselves.  Distributions
do a fine job of adapting.

Note that Solaris' chroot man page is in the 1m section,
perhaps because there, a non-root process may have the
PRIV_PROC_CHROOT privilege.
