Ok, if you don't have a problem let's not create it :-)

As a side note, an open-source wrapper for MSVC is being written (not by
me!) and the necessary support in Autoconf is being worked on (partly by
me).

Perhaps CVS will not be the first project to test this wrapper, but stay
tuned anyway :-)
