cvs history doesn't tell you the year of the action

    The CVS history command doesn't report the year in date strings.
This substantially limits the utility of the command; if you need
dates, you have to parse the history file yourself.  As the
documentation claims that you shouldn't do this, the history command
probably shouldn't lose important data.
