Tested on 1.10.8 pserver on Solaris.
I had a problem where I was working on a branch and then updated my
tree to the HEAD. Some headers that were in the Attic weren't removed
from the tree and it cause the program that I was building to core due
to mismatched headers. If I check out a fresh tree on the head this
problem doesn't happen.
The state of the tip revision wasn't "dead" and I think that's what is
causing the problem but why would "cvs co" ignore the state field when
"cvs update" doesn't?
