commit case insensitive ? [was "problem" thread]

Hello CVSMen !
I made a case insensitive version of commit.c :
I made locate_rcs() case insensitive, it can be under
condition
#ifdef CASE_INSENSITIVE
Why not ?
It's available at :

http://brouits.free.fr/commit.c

So, please look at locate_rcs() and test it.
