I'd like to report a bug in CVS version 1.10.7 (client) running on Windows
2000 Professional.
My CVS version does not trap clicks on Ctrl+Break. The result of this is
that the CVS locks in the repository are not cleaned up, thus preventing
users from running CVS commands on those directories.
It happens quite frequently that users here use Ctrl+Break to stop a long
CVS command such as a recursive "cvs log" operation.
