We at Novosoft are also quite interested in these specs. Currently we're
started to improve both cvsweb and wincvs (though I think it's better to
rewrite the cvsweb from scratch than to patch it :-)) so it would be
wise to hear about others' steps (and probably cooperate) in this direction.
