>Description:
When logging into a pserver, after a command "cvs login", I get the following
error message:
        Logging in to :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:2401/usr/local/cvsroot
        CVS password: <clickety click>
cvs login: failed to open /u/agenkin/.cvspass for reading: No such file or
directory
cvs [login aborted]: fatal error: exiting

As you see, instead of creating the .cvspass file (as CVS used to do before),
it bails out.
