Some characters fail to be printed by "cvs history".

$ pwd
/home/mace/sähkö
$ tail -1 $CVSROOT/CVSROOT/history
O3c9b33d7|mace|<remote>/*0|sähkö||sähkö
$ cvs history -z $TZ
[snip snip]
O 03/22 15:40 EET mace s hk          =s hk =         <remote>/*
$ _

Although i'm expecting the history entry to be
O 03/22 15:40 EET mace s hk          =s hk =         <remote>/*
                        ^  ^           ^  ^
(Do excuse me if the line from the history line does not match the history
entry returned by "cvs history", i'm not very familiar with CVS. However,
this ought to point out the problem.)

This is CVS version "1.10.7" on GNU/Debian.
