The contrib
directory in CVS 1.11.1p1 contains sccs2rcs. Apparently this hasn't been used
for ages, coz it doesn't work - presumably not since someone incorrectly patched
it to cope with Y2K.
The correction is
trivial - I have attached the little patch that is necessary to make it work
properly.
