I'd expect to not be able to commit the file removal (in
analogy to the impossible file addition). IMHO a commit
should always cause the creation of a new revision which
is not possible in the presence of non-branch sticky tags.
Removal of a *tag* should be performed using the tag (or
rtag) command.
