Hi Mark,

Sorry to be tuning in late.  I'm not always watching the stream.

I'm volunteering to fix this one but I need ideas on where to get
a "unistd-safer.h" and my initial though is to hack one together
line we did for "windows-NT/unistd.h".

What are your thoughts?
