Details:
When using 1.12.13 server and commiting some files problem like this
happens:
new revision: 1.30.2.36; previous revision: 1.30.2.35
cvs status: Can't parse date/time: `= UTC'.
How to reproduce:
- take attached test.spec,v
- put into cvs 1.12 repository (I was using pserver based one)
- checkout KDE branch of test.spec
- cvs commit -f -m "anything" test.spec
The workaround/fix with little description is also attached.
ps. debian has 26 patches for cvs 1.12.13 worth looking at
