I found a couple of files in the root of the project, see example below....
I changed the line "kopt Ç;" to "kopt kv;" and I got part of the project checked out. It then aborted on another corrupted file. For this project alone there are over 100 of these files in this project. The error messages generated by CVS does not specify which file caused the problem so I would have to edit each. 1.1.1.2 date 2007.06.14.13.40.05; author gwinchip; state Exp; branches; next ; deltatype text; permissions 666; commitid dcc4671453412d0; kopt Ç; filename payrollfeed.iws; desc @@ "Larry Jones" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote in message news:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > "Nelligan, Steve M (Facilities & Services)" writes: >> >> I have a CVSNT server with corrupted kopt values. > > How have you determined that? > >> Is there a way to correct this without losing all the source code? > > That depends on the extent of the corruption. > >> I see that the problem is actually in the *.*,v files.
