Changes in this version:
* In rescue mode, ddrescue now shows the time elapsed from the last
successful read.
* Signals SIGUSR1 and SIGUSR2 are now ignored by ddrescue.
* A warning about logfile usage has been added to the "ddrescue
--help" output.
