I would like to announce that I have added an upgraded feature to
ddrutility. The new utility ddru_ntfsfindbad is for use on NTFS
partitions in place of the original ddru_findbad (to find what files are
affected by bad sectors). From my limited testing, it is about 500-1000
times faster, plus it gives more useful info. Please visit the
ddrutility page at Sourceforge for more information.
I would also like to take this moment to curse at my email client and my
stupidity for sending my last reply to David and the bug list a few
minutes ago from an email address that I did not want to use. Please do
