Hi,

So I'm trying out different options in ddrescue because the SSD I'm
trying to rescue keeps slowing down/hanging after a while, and I came
across the -O (--reopen-on-error) option in the documentation
here<https://www.gnu.org/software/ddrescue/manual/ddrescue_manual.html>,
which sounded like it might do the trick. However, ddrescue just says
"invalid option". I thought maybe it was because it was a new feature of
1.17 but when I upgraded to 1.17, it still says "invalid option". I tried
both -O and --reopen-on-error and neither work.

What's going on? Is this a bug in the documentation or the software?

Cheers,
Quin.
