Hi There, I have some hard drive issues. I don’t understand computer operation at the level that some of the instructions you have provided are written. I have done my best to patch pieces together from forums to make this tool work for me as I am in need of moving files off of a bad drive. Is there a way you can speak on the phone? I have no issue compensating you for your time via donation. It would really be helpful. All repair centers charge an arm and a leg to do data recovery and I think I should be able to make it work but I would just really like to speak with someone who can confirm some stuff for me and help on the phone/skype.
