Hi I've broken the screen on my iPhone 6S, which is now unresponsive. I'm trying to retrieve my photos in the phone's DCIM folder using iExplorer or iBrowse. I managed to get off my recent photos from the camera roll and I can also easily copy my music. However, all of my photos from Jan 2014 to Jun 2015 can't be copied to my Mac (OS X) due to an Error code 36 or i/o error. For any file/photo/movie in the DCIM folder I get this error. cp/mv/dd/ditto terminal commands all give i/o error.
