Thank you very much for reporting this. I'll fix it in announcements of new releases.

As Alexander Jones already noted, you should be able to find my key on any keyserver. You may remove the '--keyserver' option and leave gpg choose the keyserver by itself:

  gpg --recv-keys 8FE99503132D7742

As a last resort to find the key, you may try the official GNU keyring:

  wget http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gnu-keyring.gpg
  gpg --keyring gnu-keyring.gpg --verify ed-1.19.tar.lz.sig
