bug in MKDIR

Hi there, I'd like report a bug in MKDIR.EXE (version 3.16). The
option -p/--parents (to create parent directory if not existed) of this
command does not work.

I have only the excutable file. Could you point me to a website of new
version of MKDIR.EXE or a website where I can download the source code or
send me the source code.
