fileutils-4.1/m4/{dos,gnu-source}.m4 reference "AH_VERBATIM"
which is not defined anywhere in fileutils-4.1 or autoconf-2.13.
As a result, autoconf will produce a bad ./configure file in
fileutils-4.1.
