Are you sure? Afaict the respective gnulib change was *applied* in 4.2.31, so
4.2.28 to 4.2.30 should be clean.
I think you are right about the 4.3 series, I can verify that 4.3.5 to 4.3.8
have the bug and 4.3.9 is clean.
