Follow-up Comment #4, bug #19349 (project findutils):
It's already there, both in --help output ...
$ find --help | grep ^tests
tests (N can be +N or -N or N): -amin N -anewer FILE -atime N -cmin N
... and in the man page:
Numeric arguments can be specified as
+n for greater than n,
-n for less than n,
n for exactly n.
