I think that's a different story:
$ ./find / // /// -maxdepth 0 -printf "'%h'\n"
''
'/'
'//'
$ /usr/bin/find / // /// -maxdepth 0 -printf "'%h'\n"
''
'/'
'//'
The commit didn't change this - it just fixed the issue with the trailing
slash(es) without changing anything else.
