Hello all,

on the weekend I installed on my box the new gdb distribution 5.0. I
tried to run a programm that is compiled under suse linux 6.4. The
precise compiler info is

  Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i486-suse-linux/2.95.2/specs
  gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release)

It's not easy to send to you the test context because the program uses
the oralce 8.1.5 client library and tries to connect to a database.
My workaround is to switch back to 4.18, that will work fine for me.I
send you the report because I saw in the news group other people that
reports that bug.

When you look to the following gdb session you can see that the
program runs the first time. Only the second start in gdb brought up
the message. Any further starts brings up the message too.

If you need further info. Feel free to contact me.
