configure bug

The configure script for gdb is wrong.
I found that when running on my Linux-x86 box, the variable
gdb_cv_have_struct_link_map32 is set to "yes" instead of "no"

It just seems that the "yes" and "no" values are at the wrong place in the
script, so it seems easy to fix.
