I use a gui builder to generate motif code, however there is a bug in
the code generator so that it generates a couple lines that effectively
make my window useless. Simple removing these lines by hand fixes the
problem, however anytime the code generator is ran the lines are
replaced, oh joy. This only occurs on two of my files and I tend to
forget to remove the lines before I commit the code.

Is there anyway to make cvs spit out a little message when I go to
commit a file, it this case reminding me to remove the lines first
before committing?
