Once upon a time, there was a little Princess called Amiga... she had a devoted
companion known as Prince Agnus, who had a bad habit: he employed some not so
trusty registry officers that did not allow to read back the values written to
their registers...

Well, that was the long awaited reinvention of a rather old concept widely
known as write only memory, which has been attempted to implement in a series
of other (even though related) areas; for instance, someone took some cheap
plastic, called it WOM (making people believe that it is write only) and
polished it, so that it resembled some precious silver medal...

But the other day, people found out that it's just a fake pack and renamed it
WORM... (if I was german, I'd say: "there is the WORM in..." ;-)

Recently, another write only memory area has apparently been invented... or
what is happening with queries/requests sent to this mailing list?

Well, just in case (no pun!) this has turned to be like that, can I redirect my
core dumps (~ 22.3GiB per day only) here? Or my /dev/null?
Would anybody mind?

Sincere and (not so) patient regards,
Jagged
