Follow-up Comment #1, bug #46844 (project gettext):
Thanks for reporting that. We should probably make the libxml2 check tighter,
so that it fails when the required functions are not compiled in the library.
Anyway, I guess a work around would be adding --with-included-libxml to
configure.
