Details:
The attached patch updates the gettext-tools/doc/ISO_3166 up to date with the
current ISO standard.
Source: Wikipedia
Changes:
Czech Republic -> Czechia
Cape Verde -> Cabo Verde
+ two minor capitalization edits.
One item I kept out of sync with ISO/Wikipedia:
US is currently "United States", while ISO/WP say "United States of America".
Not sure if that would be a wanted change.
