Further to bug #20544, please find attached a suggested (unified this time)
patch. I'd be interested in your comments, as I haven't that much Forth
experience.
libcc.fs is now pre-configured for both Linux and Mac OS X. The interface is
flexible enough for what I wanted to do (use plan9port) too.
