Follow-up Comment #1, bug #23014 (project gforth):
I just realised that this only works if you add the directory containing
libffi.dylib (in my case /opt/local/lib) to the DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH environment
variable. Long term I'll see if this can be made unnecessary, but for now it
should probably be noted somewhere as a limitation.
