Follow-up Comment #1, bug #54559 (project gforth):
Support for old software is not a bug. On the contrary, I find it annoying
when I try to run old software on a new machine, and it does not work because
the software on the new machine has old interfaces removed; or when I try to
run new software on an old machine, and it does not work because the new
version of the software has removed support for old interfaces.
What would the benefit of this patch be?
