I hasitate to adopt this patch as it is, because though the tag stack
is certainly managed per frame, the operation of the stack is not
completely separate.

I can adopt this if it meets the following requirements:

o Any pop-stack doesn't cause 'Selecting deleted buffer' error.
(Pop-stack should leave the buffers which exist in other stacks.)
o Any Pop-stack in a frame doesn't influence other frames which treat
  the same file.

It apologizes for my neglecting this matter.
