I understood.
This problem was caused by my negligence of upgrade of build tools.
In order not to bring problems of the same kind, I would like to try
to use the latest version of them. Doing so is also the contribution
to those tools, I think.
I have upgraded build tools like follows:

In addition, I would like to add a file 'TOOLS'(tentative name)
to GLOBAL package. This file includes the version number of
each tool that was used to make the package.
