This mailing list is a place for arguments. It does not decide who implement it.

How about 'abslib'?

I think it is useful, because:
o You can distinguish tags in the current project and tags in library projects
  by its path format.
o A Path in a library projects is always same from any current project.

For example, in FreeBSD, library source code is in '/usr/src/lib'.
If a path name start with '/usr/src/lib', you can understand it is a library
path
immediately. It is a issure different from whether a path name is long or not.
