I looked and I found 5 year old file:

[~/.ctags.d/rust.ctags
-----------------------------------
--languages=Rust
-----------------------------------

Which disabled everything else...

Of course. Thank you for looking into this. I want to write a post on
GNU Global but thought about this as a stopper. Now I can proceed :)
