Here on an OS/X build - 8 entries were being displayed before, and with
exact same settings 7 were being displayed after.
I guess this is a minor difference in the control (it's now a gtk2 tree
control rather than a gtk1 list control). I guess the font is the same, so
either the header is a bit bigger or the lines are spaced out a bit more.
I could add an option to toggle showing the header (perhaps in a right-click
menu). I think the lines are packed as closely as possible.
