ok, got it and it already runs. I never used sqlite but it seems to be
much more simple than mysql or postgresql.

The per user based setup should be the best, just a small dialog like
"name and location of database". But I have no idea of how to put this
into a rpm post script besides writing a small wrapper script for gnubg.
I already thought about doing this for creating desktop and menu icons.

The big question is whether we use sqlite as default db and create some
dependencies on it. Or shall this also be part of a possible wrapper
script?

Who did create the the debian and (k)ubuntu packages? Shall we discuss
this in pm?

Ciao

Achim

PS. I know I'm insistent, but do the rpms for fedora work nwo?
