It is down to semantics a bit, beta 1 ~ .91, it doesn't really matter. I think version 1 is probably 3-6 months away (maybe less or more...).
For the translations I think we need some very easy to follow instructions (especially on windows), I'll take a look soon. I may have a go at the Icelandic translation as well!... If we get a simple to follow system we can send a few emails out and hopefully get lots of progress.
