Bug: gnubg 3D board does not display ------ Most users with NVidia Graphics cards and Windows have problems with the 3D display of gnubg. If you change the 3D settings for gnubg.exe in the NVidia Control Panel, all works fine.
Tweak: --------- Open NVidia Control Panel At the left choose: 3D Settings>Manage 3D Settings Now click on the tab Programs Settings Under 1. Select a program to customize click Add In the file browser, look for gnubg.exe normally C;\Program Files\GNU Backgammon or C:\Program Files (x86)\GNU Backgammon Click Open Under 2. ... settings .. scroll down to the bottom Change Thread Optimization from Automatic to Off Click Apply Run gnubg.exe N. -- “Logic will get you from A to B.
