I have sent you an email off list that should allow you to compile GNUBG
on your Win7/64 bit system as a 32Bit Application (Not 64 bit). Anyone
else interested in a build environment using MingW/MSYS that works using
standard ./autogen.sh ./configure make process can email me.

Although it is possible to build a 64bit GNUBG, I have not done so on
windows. One would need to find all the 64bit libraries, DLLs, and
development files that GNUBG uses and compile with the 64bit MingW
compiler.

32Bit apps will run perfectly fine under 64 Windows platforms. I don't
believe there is much to be gained for GNUBG building 64bit vs 32bit -
at least I haven't seen much even on 64bit Linux. Someone else may have
a different experience.
