Do you build from source? If so you can still access the sources
snapshots at http://gnubg.org/media/sources/  . The webpages are
unavailable but the download files should be accessible directly.

What OS/Distro?

When you said you tried to copy the 32 bit version over, what did you mean?

If you are on Linux I'd almost recommend rolling your own build (if
possible) using the sources and building as a 64 bit application.
