I'm thinking we should upgrade our Wiki (if we intend to keep it)

Is the wiki really useful ? There weren't many updates there, were they ?

Moreover, the documentation is in a sorry state. There is :
- something in CVS, incomplete and not up to date
- something at http://www.gnu.org/software/gnubg/manual/ (gnu.org, hence managed by the FSF folks, I suppose), apparently an older version of the above - something in the wiki, similar to parts of the CVS document (maybe Christian Anthon pulled what was in the wiki when he rewrote the manual).

Shouldn't we do something like :
- import recent changes from the wiki into the CVS document and probably close the wiki, at least as far as documentation is concerned
- have the pages at gnubg.org updated from CVS, say weekly or monthly
- overhaul the manual
