Aha! I couldn't remember the precise syntax (and all my command files are on an old, dead PC). The help reads: " set turn - Set which player is on roll Usage: set turn <player>" I unsuccessfully tried "set turn player 1" and "set turn player1". My bottom player is named "Blue", so "set turn Blue" does work. > - there must be a "new session", "new match ..." or "set matchid" > implicit/missing at the beginning > I'd started a game manually from the gui, so this was not necessary. -- Ian _______________________________________________ Bug-gnubg mailing list Bug-gnubg@gnu.org https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-gnubg
